Stylecz Payment Policy

The checkout must show the service price, applicable taxes, offer or discount, advance, cancellation terms and final amount payable. A salon must not demand an undisclosed mandatory charge for the confirmed service. Optional add-ons require the customer's agreement.
Payment processing
Online payments are processed through an authorised third-party provider and are subject to its secure flow. Stylecz receives transaction status and references needed for booking, reconciliation and refunds. Do not share your UPI PIN, OTP, CVV or password with Stylecz or a salon.
Failed, pending or duplicate payments
A debit does not by itself confirm a booking. If payment is pending, wait for the final status before paying again. Failed or duplicate debits are reconciled using provider and bank records; an amount captured without a valid booking will be reversed or refunded after verification. Bank processing time may apply.
Invoices and taxes
The salon is responsible for the invoice or receipt for salon services and its applicable taxes. Zentrivo is responsible for invoices relating to any separately disclosed Stylecz fee. Tax treatment and invoice details must reflect the actual transaction.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refund eligibility follows the Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Approved online refunds return to the original method where supported and are normally completed within 5–7 business days, although an external bank or payment provider may exceptionally take longer. Do not raise a false chargeback; contact support first so the transaction can be reconciled. Stylecz and the salon may provide relevant booking and payment records to the payment provider or bank in a genuine dispute.
Salon settlement
Customer collections payable to a salon are settled under the Salon Partner Agreement and its Commercial Schedule, after disclosed commission, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, adjustments or lawful reserves. Customer refund rights are not dependent on whether a salon payout has already occurred.
