Stylecz is a brand and technology platform owned and operated by ZENTRIVO SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Zentrivo”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Stylecz is not a separate legal entity. Zentrivo is responsible for personal data processed to operate the platform. Independent barber shops and providers may separately be responsible for information they collect or use for their own services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Stylecz, we may collect account and contact details, OTP verification status, profiles, saved addresses, precise or approximate location, shop and staff details, services, bookings, queues, reviews, offers and loyalty activity, payment and refund references, uploaded documents or images, support communications, device information, IP address, and security or diagnostic events. Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by us.
Why we process information
We process information to operate and secure accounts; verify users; show shops, distance, and directions; manage bookings, queues, payments, and refunds; communicate service or security information; provide support; prevent fraud; maintain records; comply with law; improve performance; and personalize offers where permitted. Where consent is required, it may be withdrawn, although affected features may stop working.
Location and maps
With device permission, location is used for nearby discovery, distance, shop pins, and directions. Permission can be denied or revoked in device settings. Map content, routes, and travel times are provided by independent mapping services and may be inaccurate.
Sharing and service providers
We disclose only information reasonably required to the selected customer or shop, relevant staff, and contracted providers for hosting, storage, mapping, OTP, email, payments, fraud prevention, analytics, and support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the platform, during a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent.
International processing
Technology providers may process information outside your state or outside India, subject to applicable law and reasonable safeguards. We do not transfer personal data to a country or territory where such transfer is prohibited by the Government of India.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for platform operation, fraud prevention, disputes, security, accounting, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize it subject to backups and lawful retention. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure. Keep OTPs private and report suspected unauthorized access.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request a summary of personal data being processed, correction or completion, erasure, consent withdrawal, and grievance redressal. We may verify identity before acting on a request. You may also nominate another individual to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity.
Communications and marketing choice
OTP, security, booking, appointment, payment, refund and safety messages are essential service communications and remain enabled where needed to provide the requested service or meet a legal duty. Promotional in-app, WhatsApp, SMS and email messages require your affirmative opt-in. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time in Notification Settings without disabling essential messages or deleting your account.
Account deletion
Customers can select Profile → Support → Delete account. Shop owners can select Settings → System & data → Delete shop account. Limited records may remain where required for law, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, backups, or enforcing rights. See the account deletion page.
Children
Stylecz accounts are intended for persons who can lawfully enter into the platform terms. We do not knowingly permit a child to create an independent account where verifiable parental consent is required. A parent or lawful guardian may contact us to request appropriate action.

Changes
We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where applicable law requires it. Nothing in this policy removes rights available under applicable law.
