Stylecz Terms of Use

Stylecz is a brand and technology platform owned and operated by ZENTRIVO SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Zentrivo”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Stylecz is not a separate legal entity. These Terms form an agreement between you and Zentrivo when you access or use Stylecz.
Platform role and independent shops
Stylecz enables customers to discover and book independent barber shops. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Zentrivo does not provide barbering, salon, medical, cosmetic, or other in-shop services; employ shop personnel; or control service performance. Each shop is responsible for its staff, licences, descriptions, prices, hygiene, safety, service quality, taxes, and legal compliance.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms and provide accurate information. Keep OTPs private. Shop owners must be authorized to represent the listed business and keep business, location, service, price, staff, and compliance information accurate.
Bookings and shop services
Bookings are subject to shop acceptance, availability, and displayed cancellation or rescheduling terms. The in-shop service contract is between the customer and the selected shop. Customers should review service details, allergies, sensitivities, health considerations, price, and shop policies before receiving a service.
Prices, payments and refunds
Prices, taxes, offers, deposits, platform charges, and cancellation terms apply as displayed at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors. Online payments are processed by an independent regulated provider. Zentrivo does not receive or store UPI PINs, OTPs, or full payment credentials. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund or consumer remedy required by law.
Maps and third-party services
Shop locations may be supplied by shop owners or captured from devices. Maps, routes, distance, travel time, payments, messaging, hosting, and other integrations are provided by independent providers and may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Verify the shop address and route before travel.
Offers and loyalty
Offers, coupons, points, memberships, and promotional benefits are subject to displayed eligibility, validity, availability, limits, and exclusions. They have no cash value unless expressly stated and may be corrected, suspended, or withdrawn for fraud, technical error, legal requirements, or misuse.
User and shop conduct
Users must not commit fraud, harass others, impersonate a person, manipulate reviews, submit unlawful or misleading content, disclose another person’s sensitive information, bypass security, scrape data, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the platform. Shops must maintain required permissions, safe and hygienic premises, trained staff, transparent pricing, and lawful handling of customer information.
Intellectual property
Stylecz software, design, brand, logos, and Zentrivo-owned platform content are protected by law. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. Content you submit may be hosted, displayed, processed, and distributed as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and promote the platform, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Service disclaimer
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a particular shop result, service quality, availability, earnings, or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentrivo and Stylecz are not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, service performance, premises, hygiene, safety, licences, staff conduct, or independent content of shops or other third parties. This does not exclude responsibility imposed on Zentrivo for its own platform operations, representations, negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, privacy obligations, or other non-excludable duties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentrivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profits, goodwill, opportunity, or data, arising from platform use or independent shop services. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or security concerns, comply with law, enforce these Terms, address unpaid amounts, or prevent harm. Users may stop using Stylecz or delete an eligible account through the available settings.
Law, grievances and changes

Nothing prevents a consumer from using a consumer commission, regulator, court, or other lawful remedy. We may update these Terms, publish the revised date, and provide additional notice where required.
